The downturn in global trade has caused Korea's main exports... of semiconductors, ships and petrochemicals to drop significantly.<br />Data by the OECD released Sunday showed Korea's exports for the month of January dipped by nearly six percent compared to the same period last year.<br />Exports of semiconductors were down more than 23 percent,... ships by nearly 18 percent... and petrochemical goods by nearly 5 percent.<br />For semiconductors, though, analysts expect a rebound in the latter half of the year. <br />
